About Les

I'm Les.
I help people through the move behind the change.

I've been in Austin real estate since 2011. Buyer, seller, investor, team leader. Every one of those roles taught me that a move is never just about the house.

Since 2011, I've been part of more than $150 million in lifetime transaction volume.

My story

Fifteen years
of next chapters.

2011Where it started

Fixing houses and finding my calling

I started buying, renovating and reselling homes around Austin, and I closed my first deal as an agent that same year. My little renovation company was called Eterne. The name stuck with me.

2013Two worlds at once

Commercial deals by day. Family homes all along.

I helped lead a commercial real estate team, recruiting agents, training them and pushing for bigger deals. I never stopped helping families buy and sell homes. Few agents can talk cap rates with an investor in the morning and walk a first-time buyer through a home that afternoon. I learned to do both.

2018Building my own

Betting on myself

I launched my own residential firm. Running it taught me what clients really need: someone who answers the phone, tells the truth and sees the deal through. Those are the standards Eterne is built on.

TodayEterne Real Estate Group

Home, with everything I've learned

Today I lead Eterne Real Estate Group with eXp Realty, helping people across Austin through retirement, divorce, inheritance, relocation and every other kind of next chapter. People first. Never pressure.

Homes matter because of the lives lived inside them.

Off the clock

Play hard. Talk deep.

I'd rather be playing than watching. Pickleball a couple times a week, a golf swing I'm still chasing, and Hook 'em on Saturdays. When the Spurs or Mavs are running, I'm on the couch for that too.

I'd rather go deep than make small talk. That's a big part of why I coach. Helping someone get unstuck is my favorite kind of win.

At home it's chili, homemade pizza and cold brew in the fridge. Movie night means popcorn with yellow mustard and parm, heavy on the parm. Don't knock it until you try it.

Teaching and leading small groups at Westover Church is my jam. I also show up for Mobile Loaves & Fishes and Backpack Friends.

Family

What I
come home to.

Heatherly is my wife and my best friend. The best parts of my life run through her. Together we've raised four kids: Cailin, Grace, Addie and Owen. Cailin and Kelton brought us Noah, our first grandbaby, and somehow home got even fuller.

I used to think security was something I could build around the people I love. What I've learned is simpler. The only time to love your people is right now. Family isn't separate from the legacy I'm building. They are the legacy, taking shape in real time.

Homes matter because of the lives lived inside them.
